I need a 1 Gbps or more.
1TB Hard drive
12 GB Ram or more.

What is your budget for those specs? Any preferred geographical location?

If you send a lot of email, you might want to get a dedicated IP. However, we never encourage sending emails from your web host. As a result, you should not be bothered about this while picking a host. SSL no longer requires a dedicated IP address.
