Searching for a server for video streaming

Hi guys,
Looking for a video streaming server for video host.I am newbie and little confused about what exactly kind of server is needed.

Heres my use it for:

I have a website that provides video content and also contents are uploaded by customers and me. video quality is 1080p basis. theres like 1.7k customers.

and I need 8T+ HDD

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Do you have a specific budget in mind?

Will you need it DDoS Protected ,
or just for regular unprotected servers ?
