Is TSS/Performive still in operation?

I've been attempting to contact them for the past month through support tickets, their online chat, and a phone call to their billing department, where I left a message, but have received no answer.

After receiving no response for WEEKS, I turned it off and requested that the price be decreased or cancelled in lieu of not being able to cut the amount.

Now I find that I'm still being charged $308 for a basic E3 server that has been shut down and hasn't been used in 6 months. I've exhausted all private routes with them, therefore I'm wondering if I should seek aid from my bank or ask for guidance here.

However, it all appears weird and preventable. I wanted to maintain doing business with them and maybe reinstall a node here, but only at market pricing. I've been a silent client because I haven't used the system in a long time.
