I've been a ServerComplete subscriber since mid-2017, and the service was wonderful until a few months ago, when I started having problems sending emails due to their SMTP filtering just not working or never delivering the email to the recipient's mailbox. Recently, I've had difficulties with them expiring the cPanel licence that I acquired through their customer site and requiring an increasing amount of time to reactivate it so that cPanel can continue to function. There are now two unanswered tickets that have been open for more than 15 hours, and their ticket page on said client portal reads as follows: "With the exception of emergencies and server outages, our Technical Support department should be used for all difficulties." Our Technical Support team is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you should receive a response to your problem within 12 hours on average.
