Are two Xeon Silver 4214 CPUs sufficient for six virtual machines?

I'd want to operate six virtual computers at once (windows 10 will be installed on all of them)
Each Silver 4124 contains 12 (2.2GHz) cores, for a total of 24 cores. Each virtual machine will have four cores and eight gigabytes of RAM.
Will the virtual machines work smoothly? On each VM, I want to launch a gaming client.
For comparison, I have a VM with 2 cores, 2.6GHz and a VM with 2 cores, 2.7GHz, all of which are capable of running the game client.
