Other than the Hetzner-managed server, do you have other recommendations?

I've been considering Hetzner's 16GB RAM managed server (VSERVER MC50 € 49.00) for hosting a web server using Postgresql, Redis, and Elasticsearch as backends. Do you have any other thoughts or comments on their managed goods in the same price range (€ 49 - 60)? Control panels are unnecessary for me. I'd like someone to look after security and hardware. To install those apps, I may utilise docker-compose. I've used their Cloud VPS on and off, but I've never utilised a dedicated server before.
One thing I don't like about Hetzner's is that port forwarding isn't permitted, therefore I have to expose the Postgresql and Elasticsearch ports in order to utilise DBeaver to handle database things from my desktop.
