Unmetered network / no limitations CPU i9-9900K RAM 64GB SSD 500GB / 1TB
Possibility of installing my own OS through KVM access from the recovery system (if possible)
There are no startup costs.

I'd go on Hetzner, but their $670 startup charge would kill me.
Let's imagine I had a $40-50 per server budget; are there any suppliers in that price range?
