In Linux just run this command in command prompt

Save the changes and reconfig 'named' :
# rndc reconfig

In window

Open the DNS snap-in.
In the console tree, right-click the applicable reverse lookup zone.
On the Action menu, click New Pointer (PTR).
In the Host IP number text box, type the host Internet Protocol (IP) address octet number.
In Host name, type the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for the DNS host computer for which this pointer record is to be used to provide reverse lookup (address-to-name resolution).
Click OK to add the new record to the zone.

Select IP Addresses from the drop-down menu. To add the PTR record, click the pencil under REVERSE DNS. A box appears where you may enter the PTR record. You may now add the PTR record and save the modifications by clicking the Confirm button.

1. Click Manage next to the domain you wish to change in WHM's DNS Zone Manager interface.
2. Select the Add Record option.
3. From the Type option, choose PTR.
4. Type the details for the DNS zone record in the text fields, then click Add Record.
