i think this the dns problem,just resubmit your dns.

Select the Properties sub-menu from the drop-down menu. Click on Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then Properties from the properties tab. Select Obtain an IP automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically from the properties tab. To save the modifications, click Ok, then reconnect to see whether the problem still exists.
