Did you use the SAME host name for both domain level and sever level?
Have you set the A and NS correctly for the domain you are using as the hostname and DNS?

1. Open Google Domains on your PC.
2. Decide on a name for your domain.
3. Click Menu. DNS in the upper left corner.
4. Select Custom from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
5. Type a custom name server in the "Name Servers" column.
6. Select Add Another Name Server from the drop-down menu.

Domain forwarding, email, and a website may be included in the package you ordered. These capabilities will be disabled if Yahooname !'s servers are replaced. Changing your name servers, on the other hand, will not discontinue your service. Yahoo! will continue to handle your WHOIS contact information, and Yahoo! will renew your domain registration on a yearly basis.
Please keep in mind that any changes you make to your advanced DNS settings may cause your service to go down. We highly advise you not to modify these settings if you are not an expert user.
You may modify your name servers in your Domain Control Panel's "Change Name Servers" section.
