My budget is around 50$, but I will consider all options. It would be best if it would come with 100Mbps unlimited traffic, hardware is not so important.

Australia's own dedicated server OVHcloud is the first in the line in my opinion. They have 30 data centres worldwide, including one in Australia, which is beneficial to Australian websites. They also have a server dedicated to online gaming. The Rise dedicated server plan, which starts at $45.33, is their most basic package.
