Need help for my dedicated window server

We have a website developed in dot net and hosted on dedicated window server.
I wanted to install a forum in the sub domain but as I know that forum just can me install in linux hosting..

No, if you want to use subdomains, there is noway.

The forum software can be downloaded from the internet. On your PC, uncompress the file. Files for the forum software should be uploaded to your web hosting account. When the files are in the correct location, open your browser and navigate to the installation script page. Click the Install button to be guided through the installation process.
