The answer to this question depends on what kind of user you are, if you’re absolutely sure that nothing under your control is sending out spam, you can visit the blacklist removal pages provided by spamhaus, and request the removal of your IP.

Due to additional spam issues, you cannot remove an IP address that is also included in another Spamhaus database (such as SBL or XBL). You won't be able to remove an IP address that your ISP has designated as "non-removable." In this instance, you must contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to rectify the problem.
