For update the statistics logs. First login via SSH to Dedicated server. Next, type the following command:

/scripts/runweblogs USERNAME

Replace USERNAME with the actual user name you want to update the statistics for.
Next, simply login to the cPanel of that user name and you should be able to access the latest statistics logs!

Examining the Windows Event Logs
1. On the M-Files server computer, press Win + R.
2. Type eventvwr in the Open text area and click OK.
3. Select the Windows Logs node and expand it.
4. Click on the Application node.
5. In the Actions pane of the Application section, select Filter Current Log... to see only the items relevant to M-Files.

Your Grid hosting service's log files are located in the 'logs' directory. /home/00000/logs/ is the system path for this, and it may be accessed through File Manager, FTP, or SSH. You may see them on your Grid Control Panel as well.
