Which Operating System is good?

There was any OS for the dedicated servers that support full GUI on windows.

Window itself is good GUI Operating System

The standard graphical user interface, also known as GUI, as well as the full set of tools for Windows Server are installed with Server with Desktop Experience.

It is the Linux operating system, not Windows or Mac, that is the most powerful. Linux is now used by 90% of the world's most powerful supercomputers. In Japan, the modern Automatic Train Control System is maintained and managed using Linux. Many of the technologies used by the US Department of Defense are based on Linux.
