How can I set up a Proxy (MTPROTO) server with an infinite amount of resources and connections?

Hello,

Several approaches were used to deploy the Telegram mtproto proxy server on a KVM VPS.

8 GB RAM, dedicated 8-core CPU, and unrestricted network access

Now, this proxy server can only connect up to 100 people; after this limit is reached, another user will be unable to join and will experience a timeout, or will be able to connect but not receive or transmit data!
What may possibly be the cause of this?

Is it possible that my installation procedure is incorrect?
What if my resource is depleted?
or configuration or

I'd appreciate it if you could assist me with this.

Please share the URL with me if you know the best technique to set up a normal proxy server.
