Dedicated server for my website

Hello Everyone

i'm new here and want to ask couple things related to dedicated server for my website.

is this config is right?

CPU: 4C (2,4Ghz+)
RAM: 4GB+
Harddrive: 50GB+
Internet Speed: 100Mbit+
