I'm new to the whole dedicated server hosting ,I'm looking for a hosting provider that is both competitive in prices,
and good all around support to reach my needs. Mainly 2-4 core processors with 8GB of ram.

A good way to go about this is to find a few companies offering what you are looking for and contact them directly for a quote via their website.
