Whats the best solutions for overcoming slow server performance? :?

Try this solution may be its help you

1.upgrade to the latest server version
2.upgrade your memory
3.check task manager
4.Look in the event log
5.Run sp_blitz

I have also same issue but when i start the mysql service then only server down slow.
please help me .
