I am looking for un-managed dedicated server, needs to be very stable and quick response from support,

I'd like these minimum specs:

CPU: 8 cores. >2.7GHz
RAM: 16GB
Bandwidth: Unlimited,.
HDD>1TB
RAID: Raid 1
OS:centos 6.5

Anybody know of some good, reliable companies that can provide this in budget?
