Best server provider around $80-100month?

My website is gaining traffic , what I'm looking for is:
at least 16cores of decent cpu
24gb ram
180gb SSD
US location
and at least 50TB of transfer over 1gbps
I have seen some deals here in the deal section around that price, but maybe someone can suggest me from their experience?

I think you can contact some best provider (in case you haven't contacted them yet) and ask if they can do for you what you want (custom solution).

Your budget would be hard pressed to find more than a single core processor at a lower tier data center.
