dedicated server required in india for email marketing

Need a dedicated server for setup a email marketing software & sent email approx 1 billion mail per day.
so please tell me which configuration server is good for my requirement.

First of all may i know which type email you want send.

if you send porn,fraud,spam type email so no provider to entertain you because
nobody provider want to spam his server and its IP.
