Need a dedicated server with low budget & high bandwidth(1gbps unmetered).
Anyone know about this type server, if you have any idea,so please recommend the provider asap.

I could not come up with any. Absent other recommendations here, I'd suggest you start contacting providers and asking them these questions directly.
