I need some good range server providers not super expensive or super cheap. infrastructure with the following config

- 2 Cores processor
-100 Mbit, but 1 Gbits Bandwidth is better
- HD 128 GB
- Any where from 16 to 255 (/28-/24) of IPv4 IPs.
