Looking for a dedicated server .

I am Looking for a dedicated server - Range 200-260 USD$

About Specifications:

Dual CPU and Dual Fan
32GB RAM
AMD Opteron
1Gbit Port
Windows Server 2008 R2 License Included If possible


Any help would be appreciated.

You will be difficult to find a provider offering all of the above points. What will be the main use of these servers?
