Helo marie,

In my knowledge simply

On a managed hosting package, the host offers support for every problem or task, emergency or routine.

Unmanaged hosting is cheaper because there’s no management – no routine support. The host will replace failed components, reboot servers, maintain the network and keep the lights on, but it won’t support any software or install anything for you.

yes i agree with Thomas,
A managed hosting service offers the support and expertise to maintain your server and to perform routine maintenance such as software upgrades. This kind of service can be a viable alternative to hiring your own staff to look after your servers. Managed hosting, however, can be a lot more expensive than unmanaged hosting.

A managed hosting service offers expertise to maintain your server and to perform routine maintenance without your involvement while in unmanaged hosting no additional services are provided with hosting plans. All these hosting plans with high up time at reasonable prices.

The hosting business can choose to replace all components and manage the complete infrastructure on a managed dedicated server package. On an unmanaged dedicated server, however, the web host is no longer liable for the control panel's upkeep or for security flaws introduced by the client.
